ProjectOverview
Greet is a dynamic business communication platform that enhances voice, video, and messaging interactions for modern sales teams.
The platform empowers users to manage calls, access real-time voice intelligence, and sync effortlessly with CRM tools.
Flow2Web was engaged to bring this concept to life through high-performing UI/UX design and robust Laravel-based development. The result is a responsive, scalable, and intuitive web app experience.

OurProcess
We began with thorough research and wireframing to define user journeys and key platform actions. The UX/UI team crafted an elegant and functional interface in Figma, tailored to sales professionals and managers.
After design approval, our developers built the full system with a focus on speed, responsiveness, and clean API architecture. QA was embedded at every stage to ensure seamless performance.

OurTeam
This project was led by a tightly coordinated 3-person Flow2Web team. Our UX/UI designer handled all wireframes, layouts, and component libraries in Figma.
A full-stack developer built both frontend and backend systems, while our QA engineer ensured quality and bug-free deployment before launch.

OurRole
Flow2Web was responsible for ideating the platform structure, delivering full UX/UI design, and building the product end-to-end. From login screens and dashboards to real-time call tracking, we implemented features with careful attention to user interaction, performance, and security.
Our QA lead also ran comprehensive testing across devices and browsers.

Tools&Technologies
We used Figma for design, HTML/SCSS/JavaScript for front-end development, and PHP Laravel for backend architecture.
The database was managed with MySQL, while RESTful APIs and real-time data flows powered core features.
The tech stack was selected to ensure flexibility, scalability, and speed.

TheResult
Greet’s new web app is fast, secure, and user-friendly-allowing sales teams to manage their communication pipeline effortlessly.
From script management to call logs and CRM syncing, every component works together in a sleek UI. Initial users have praised the dashboard’s usability and performance.

Challenges
The biggest challenge was creating a clean, real-time interface for call tracking without overwhelming users. Additionally, syncing sensitive data securely with third-party CRM systems required precise API implementation and testing. We overcame this with modular development and constant QA feedback.
